Q. What time does class begin and end?
A. This QuickBooks Class begins at 9:00 AM and typically concludes ~4:00 PM, but we'll stay until your last question is answered.

Q. Is this a class for beginners?
A. The QuickTrainer QuickBooks class is for the newbie to QuickBooks to the intermediate QuickBooks user. This QuickBooks training class focuses on the fundamentals of QuickBooks and some basic accounting concepts. For those who need more advanced QuickBooks help, we highly recommend our One-on-One Training Services.

Q. Do I need my own computer and QuickBooks software to take this class?
A. No. QuickTrainer provides each student a computer and QB software to use while in our class. We also provide you a nice environment and a "comfy" chair to sit while taking our class.

Q. How often do you conduct QuickBooks classes?
A. QuickTrainer currently conducts a QuickBooks class twice monthly.   QB Class Calendar

Q. Where is your QuickBooks class taught?
A. We hold our QuickBooks class at our corporate training center, located at 3715 Patriot Way, Wilmington, NC 28412. To be more specific, QuickTrainer is located at the corner of 17th Street extension and College Road in the Fulton Station complex. Look for us directly behind Smithfield’s BBQ, next to Sprint (Wilmington Wireless).

Q. Who teaches your QuickBooks Classes?
A. Jim Merritt. Jim is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and has been teaching QuickBooks for more than seven years now. Jim is passionate about QuickBooks and loves teaching people just like you!

Q. What happens if I have questions post-class?
A. QuickTrainer prides itself on the fact that we never nickel and dime our clients. If you need to call or email us with a few questions, you'll never see an invoice from us. Obviously, if you have questions daily, we probably need to have another conversation.

Q. How much does this class cost?
A. Our QuickBooks Class is only $199 and worth every penny. This class is valued at $570, but we leverage the student count to offer this class at this great price. Couple this with the fact that you can still ask a few questions post-class, we believe (and our students tell us), this class is a tremendous value.

Q. I have a QuickBooks mess on my hands; my books are a train wreck. I would like to take what I learn in your class and use it going forward, but after my books have been cleaned up. Can QuickTrainer help?
A. Absolutely! We frequently help clients get through "the mess". We call this One-on-One Training. QuickTrainer will conduct a thorough review of your QuickBooks data and document the issues and resolutions. Q. Is there a book I can purchase instead?
A. Studies show you will do much better by taking this class in-person. We frequently hear stories from students who have purchased a QuickBooks book of some kind and are disappointed after trying to teach themselves. A book will be much more beneficial after you have had hands-on instruction. Speaking of books...

Q. Do you sell a book on QuickBooks?
A. We call ours a "manual". QuickTrainer offers students the opportunity to purchase our QuickBooks manual, "Effectively Navigating QuickBooks" after they have enrolled in our class. Our manual was written by Jim Merritt, President & CEO of QuickTrainer. Jim developed this manual with daily users of QuickBooks in mind. The cost of this manual is only $29.95.

Q. Do you cover payroll in this class?
A. While we do not cover payroll in this class, we do offer a one-on-one session on payroll. Payroll typically takes about two to three hours to teach and deserves its own separate session.
